配備的監視器為 LED 顯示器，低功耗、低發熱量、亮度高及壽命長更能滿足臨床的應用。注意選擇顯示通道，可調節亮度、對比度、色飽和度等，菜單中 Auto Source Select 調至 off，可縮短開機信號搜索時間，色溫、色彩、亮度、放大等調節菜單，一般不需要調整。

為了延長攝像頭的壽命，建議使用無菌套;非高溫高壓消毒的攝像頭不要高溫高壓;攝像插頭表面和主機插座內連接前要先處理干凈干燥;攝像頭盤繞存放，直徑大于15 cm 以上，否則可能損壞內部導線。

（1）氙燈開關的時間間隔要在20~30 min，頻繁開關會縮短氙燈的壽命。

（2）由于攝像主機是可以自動調光的，因此，在滿足手術視野亮度的情況下，盡量把光源的亮度調節旋鈕調低，這樣可以避免光纖過熱進而導致燒壞光纖和鏡子等。不要過度彎曲光纖，應盤成大圓圈存放。

常見故障分析及預防措施

監視器無圖像顯示

故障原因:視頻接線錯或斷裂，顯示器電源未開，監視器通道選擇錯誤等。

Cause of malfunction: Video wiring error or breakage, monitor power not turned on, monitor channel selection error, etc.

預防措施:建議術前檢查監視器電源線、視頻連接線是否接好，打開監視器后選擇有信號的通道。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to check the power and video connection lines of the monitor before surgery, and select a channel with signal after turning on the monitor.

視野模糊、圖像中有塵粒或起霧

Blurred field of view, presence of dust particles or fog in the image

故障原因:攝像頭焦距未調好;攝像頭鏡面有臟污;鏡頭密封性不良或損壞漏水;光纖老化;光源亮度不夠;術中煙霧較多等。

Cause of malfunction: The camera focus is not adjusted properly; The camera mirror is dirty; Poor sealing of the lens or damage to water leakage; Fiber optic aging; Insufficient brightness of the light source; Excessive smoke during surgery.

預防措施:建議術前用無菌溫水浸泡或擦聚維酮碘，不要頻繁更換消毒滅菌方法。

Preventive measures: It is recommended to soak or wipe povidone iodine with sterile warm water before surgery, and do not frequently change the disinfection and sterilization methods.

成像不清楚，有雪花、條紋或局部無圖像

Unclear imaging with snowflakes, stripes, or localized absence of images

故障原因:存在高頻干擾;攝像頭連接線損壞;攝像主機插口接觸不良;監視器故障;鏡頭內部柱狀鏡頭破碎等。

Cause of malfunction: There is high-frequency interference; Damaged camera connection cable; Poor contact of the camera host socket; Monitor malfunction; The internal cylindrical lens of the lens is broken, etc.

預防措施:建議攝像頭使用無菌套，避免攝像頭連接線與超刀、電刀連接線纏繞在一起;鏡頭需單獨存放，避免與其他器械碰撞，輕拿輕放，不能使用超聲波清洗鏡頭。

故障原因:白平衡未調節;攝像頭連接線損壞;監視器色彩飽和度數據錯誤;鏡子導光性能差或光源、光纖損壞;光纖與鏡頭連接處受污未及時清理干凈等。

預防措施:建議接入攝像頭后調節白平衡，調整色飽和度，保證攝像頭與攝像主機連接處保持清潔。鏡頭清洗保養時，導光束接頭處需要拆卸清洗;注意調整光源亮度。

故障原因:受外力彎折或空中掉落所致。

預防措施:建議術中調整視野角度時保護好鏡子本身，不宜使蠻力操作;與鏡子接觸人員需輕拿輕放，小心保管。
